In the future, I want to bring Wesley, David, and others into the Worship Confessional spotlight and have a conversation about the worship gathering.
I think that’s a great idea.
In fact, I think it would be great if anybody who comes to Sojourn could hop on camera, on a podcast, or on a blog post and just be themselves; exposing the authentic community of Christ followers. So many fascinating people at Sojourn living different lives.

I’m digging changing up worship/teaching/prayer order/duration myself. I like that it changes week to week, not just to keep it fresh (whatever that means) but also so that I don’t get too comfortable in a rut. I want to be led by God’s ways, not my ways, and if I’m in a routine and then “my” routine get’s disrupted then I’m all out of whack. But if it changes a little week to week, it’s all good.
Meet Judy Webb. She says she’s “just an average girl with an amazing God. I was never that brave, never really outgoing, usually was afraid of new situations. I often times would try to hide who I really was in order to fit into a crowd.” Read more about her story and what she thinks about the Sojourn community.
It is imperative that Christians be like Jesus, by living freely within the culture as missionaries who are as faithful to the Father and his gospel as Jesus was in his own time and place.
