This section of the Sojourn website is the hub for the ladies’ community group.
Our Sojourn ladies will be meeting twice a month. On the first Monday
of each Month, we meet at Lynda Lyles house at 6:30 pm. Please contact
Zukie at for detailed information. It’s a very
informal, relaxed time together. In the future we will be planning
different events during this time, but right now we are just gathering
together and getting to know each other. We have had one get together
already and it was wonderful, talking to each other, telling our stories
and have that feeling of genuine camaraderie.
On the last Tuesday of every month we will meet for lunch somewhere in
the Huntsville area. We will post the various restaurants and times
accordingly.
Next Tuesday, February 27th, we will meet for lunch at Victoria’s on
south parkway at 12:00 noon. Ask for the Sojourn group.
Our next Monday night gathering will be March 5th at Linda Lyles house.
So, make your plans now to come join us.

So far this post has 1 comment.So I had a little teary breakdown in the dressing room at Ann Taylor the other night. It doesn’t happen often and I only allowed it 10 minutes but it got me to thinking about the concept of beauty. The first Bible verse I memorized as an adult mentions beauty. It was Proverbs 31:30. The verse states: “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.” What women do I think are worthy of praise?
