Just wondering… anyone like his music?
(The hard rock crowd is excused and may proceed onto the next thread.)
My musical tastes are pretty diverse, actually. I wouldn’t say i’m that into Sufjan but i’m fascinated because he appears to be a Christian who’s very well-respected in indie music circles. Happened to catch a song of his on a college station that streams online and it made me curious…..

Cool, thanks. I’ve heard good things about both of them but not had a chance to check them out. And KEXP is among my ever-growing rotation of stations…. there’s so much on the Internet now, it’s just daunting.
Off topic, Eric, did you get my message sent through Drupal about the STCC site?

So i turned out to be prescient. How could i have known that Bob would post this link so soon thereafter?
Sufjan was one of only two names i got, but obviously that has more to do with the the distinctiveness of his than my emergingness. Because we all know that the only way to really belong to a subculture is to deny that you would accept labeling yourself as part of it.
