He gives away free Ice Cream in the attempt to make the world a happier place.
I found the idea inspirational and completely applicable for the church. Looks like fun!!!

That guy was on Rob & Big
That guy was on Rob & Big (yes, I know) but he was, and he let Rob and Big ride with him handing out free ice-cream. It made people SO happy to get free icecream, I loved watching their faces.
