Sunday, David made a comment about being addicted to DIGG. I saw 4 ladies simultaneously turn to their husbands and say, “What is digg?”.

DIGG is a community-powered news website and it’s slanted toward technology news. Random people report the news and the masses vote it up or down based on the “coolness” or “newsworthiness” factor. In general, it’s a website that links you to the latest news of what’s happening on the web.

However, you’ll occasionally get interesting videos and pictures come across their front page.

Digg is interesting, especially for funny pictures and videos. The site’s users have a pretty overt bias for and against several ideas and technologies. I usually stay out of the comments to save myself frustration.
