I would consider looking at this paper by Keller as well because as he states the “thieves” of the gospel are two fold: religion and irreligion(I wish that was included on the chart). Both need to be avoided and the gospel is not tension between them but something utterly different then either.

This is on the same vain a Driscoll’s teaching concerning Sectarianism (religion) and Syncratism (irreligion) as it relates to the gospel. There is a good message on this Marshill site.
